2. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging or similar.
3. Send the item(s) by insured mail (International Post express mail service only). Insure the item(s) for their full value (the amount shown on the invoice you paid).
4. You will be reimbursed (shipping costs not included) within 10 days after receipt of the returned item (s).
- BS FISHING reserves the right to refuse a return if the customer has not received authorization from us to return the item (s).
- We are not responsible for sent items that are not insured or by other delivery services. Send the item (s) with postage correctly fulfield and paid.
- The customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance costs, as well as the risk of loss of the product returned during shipping.
- If any component of the returned product is missing, BS FISHING's policy may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse the full return or choose to impose additional costs on the customer for the replacement of the missing components.
- We do not accept the return of special orders.
